The Scientific Board of the I Annual Symposium of International Relations Scholars, to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 22-23 October 2010, gathered for the second time on 22 September 2010.
Abstracts presented to the board were reviewed, as a result of which the most successful and relevant ones were selected. The selection committee based its decisions on authors' compliance with ethics and integrity of academic writing, innovation, relevance of presented topic, and the urgency of the matter to be researched. Over 15 abstracts were chosen, presented by both foreign and local PhD candidates and 2nd year MA students, to be presented during the panel discussions of the I Symposium.
The applicants were informed of the board's decision and the full papers are expected to be confirmed by 15th of October.
